Hosh Weekes, is an investment manager. Hosh has many years of financial service expertise and has worked with several large financial institutions including Edward Jones, Wachovia, Wells Fargo, SunTrust & Trust banks. He has been actively involved in providing comprehensive financial management solutions to members of the Hampton Roads community. His knowledge and understanding of financial markets, security analysis, sector allocation and yield evaluation has created high net returns for many executives, entrepreneurs, families, charities, and business organizations alike. Hosh assiduously developed the BRIC system and now wants to make BRIC ownership accessible to more people. The BRICs are available and provide a socially conscious investment vehicle. A BRIC is a Beneficial Realty Interest Certificate (BRIC), which represents the transferrable limited liability companies economic /financial interest in Ungentrified, LLC., to individual investors residing in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Currently, the net asset value (NAV) of a BRIC is $1.00 per unit.
The minimum investment in our BRICs is an initial purchase of $1.00, or based on the current per BRIC price. We expect to offer BRICs in this offering in perpetuity unless terminated by our Manager. BRIC prices are anticipated to be adjusted each fiscal year, quarterly and , as of January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and October 1st of the prior fiscal quarter.
The BRIC investment is diversified portfolio of residential real estate properties in Virginia and is managed by Ungentrified, LLC, our parent company. With BRIC investments we intend to purchase single-family residential properties at very low cost and provide respective tenants with five, seven and ten year lease options to purchase. The net gains generated from lease agreements will fund investment capital.
Ungentrified has adopted a redemption plan designed to provide our BRIC holders with limited liquidity on a quarterly basis for their comparable investments.
