This data ensures that we remain compliant with government anti-fraud and anti-money laundering statutes. It is our highest priority to maintain the security of all information received and therefore we do not share investor information with any third parties for marketing and/or sales purposes. We are targeted to qualify as a REIT under IRS provisions and to be listed on the NASDAQ within 5 years. In anticipation of this goal, we will limit our investors' annual contributions so as not to exceed the greater of 10% of the investor's annual income, or $10,000. Additionally, no single investor may acquire over 10% of our public offerings. Please see our Business, Investment & Risk Disclosure for more information.
BRICs are $1.00 until December 2021, at which time the price point will be reevaluated quarterly based on the underlying value of our real estate assets, cash on hand, and the number of BRIC holdings. Until such time, there is no minimum purchase amount. Please note: We do not offer fractional certificates.

- REGISTER as an Investor by completing the registration form below.
- Once received we will TEXT you instructions for identity VERIFICATION
- After the verification process is complete, we will EMAIL you a PAYMENT LINK.
- Purchased BRICs will be EMAILED to you indicating your unique Benefical Realty Interest Certificate Numbers.
